We appreciate your business. Thank you for shopping with Swamp Sniper Decals and Apparel! *Please allow 1 to 5 day for processing of your order. All sales are final, and any changes to orders (size, color, vinyl type, design changes, quantity, etc.) Will result in additional fees and or charges.

*Disclaimer and terms of agreement* By purchasing items with image(s) that are supplied by purchaser(s), the purchaser(s), is in full agreement that he, she, and or they are claiming either ownership, and or the rights of usage to the image(s) supplied by such named purchaser(s). Purchaser(s) assumes and holds all legal responsibly of image(s) used in the making and purchasing of the placed order therefore, releasing Swamp Sniper LLC and or any employees associated with Swamp Sniper LLC of any and all potential claims, violations, lawsuits, and or penalties and or fees under the law pertaining to copyright, ownership, and or trademark violations.

PACKAGE SHIPPING & TRACKING
-Use the tracking number provided that you will receive in your email when your package is shipped for updates on package arrival dates and times. Please double check the spelling of your email address. If the wrong email address is provided to us, you may not received your tracking number. If you do not see the email order confirmation and or tracking number email in your inbox, try looking in your spam mail. If you do not receive your tracking number between 1-5 days after placing your order, please contact us for the tracking number.
-If your tracking information states that it is "running late" under the USPS website when checking your tracking number, then please contact your local post office with the tracking number for further assistance on delivery dates and times. We do not work for the postal service, nor do we personally deliver your packages, we have no control over shipping dates and times if they are running late at the post office.
-If your package states "delivered", we do not know where the postal worker has placed your package or delivered it to. If you can not find your package, please contact your local post office with the tracking information along with your receipt email from us and request that they compensate you for the lost item. We do not personally deliver your packages and are not responsible for lost shipments, shipping damages and or mis-drops by postal workers to wrong addresses. That is the responsibility of the US postal service and is up to you to contact them for replacement or refund.

APPLYING YOUR DECALS
- We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any and all damages that occur during or after the application process of your decal. We do not and will not provide you with a refund or replacement of your product for damages caused during the installation of your product. If you are having problems with getting your decal to stick to the transfer tape (clear tape on top of decal) while pulling the decal off of the backing paper, then please refer to the decal application card provided with every decal order with tips and instructions on how to apply your decal. If you need further assistance with this process, you may contact us for guidance. (We are not responsible if you tear your decal) Make sure that you CLEAN the surface you are applying the decal to. We recommend that you use ONLY rubbing alcohol to clean the surface and make sure that you allow ample time for it to completely dry before application. Some cleaners may damage or destroy the adhesive on the decal, not allowing it to stick to the surface. The use of products such as: RainX and or wax (especially ceramic wax) on glass or painted surfaces may cause the decal not to stick. Please clean the area thoroughly before application. We are not responsible for replacement the decal does not stick to the application site.
*DECALS WILL NOT STICK OR STAY STUCK TO EITHER POROUS OR TEXTURED SURFACES!

TYPOS AND MISSPELLING OF NAMES ON DECALS AND CUSTOMIZABLE ITEMS.
-Please check and then double check your spelling! We will make your product exactly as it is spelled when you place you order!! Also, if you put the "@" symbol before your Instagram or Snapchat name we will include it in the decal and or other customizable items. You the customer, are responsible for the exact and or correct spelling of your personalized order(s) and no refunds or remakes of products will be made or given because of the customers mistake with the spelling and or typos.
